I’m Rebecca Corbett – Business Specialist.

I’m not going to sell you a one-size-fits all approach.

I’m not going to pump you full of fruitless fluff.

I’m going to tell you exactly what you need to do to get your shit together and take action. And not just any action—the right action for you and your business goals.

Because I’ve been where you are—I’ve made mistakes. And I know exactly what it’s like to have a great business, and not know how to scale and grow it.

That’s why I’m so passionate about helping you reach for the stars.

Because let’s face it—business can be hard. And sometimes, you need a straight-talking, no-nonsense business specialist by your side.

I’ll be the apple to your cider, the tequila shot to your lemon and help you kick ass (and goals).

I want to share my hacks I learned that helped me scale in the early days. As well as help you implement that paid solution when the time and situation is right.

What is a Business Specialist?

A business specialist is often referred to as a business consultant. They review a company’s internal processes, procedures and policies and provide recommendations for improvement. 

Some ways a Business Specialist can assist your company is:

My Why

In my 20s, I was all about that #hustle.

I’d work 70 hours a week,  running my own successful bookkeeping business—because I thought that’s what you had to do to succeed.

Well, I’m calling it.

The hustle is #bullshit.

On the surface, my life looked great. But deep down, I was killing myself. I had zero work-life balance. My marriage broke down, and all my kids knew of me was my head stuck in a computer screen.

I was so sick—and things only became worse when I was hit by a car in 2016.

I’d lost myself. I’d lost my passion. I’d lost my why—all because I was burnt the f out.

It was then that I promised myself I’d never put success in front of my well-being again.

I went on to implement tech solutions to my problems, automated my business so it worked for me, and decreased my admin time exponentially. I actually got to see my kids on weekends again. And even though I was working less. I actually made more profit than ever.


How I can help

It’s a reality of business that at some point, your going to need a tech solution. Deciding what program to use, learning how to set it up, and implementing that solution takes you away from what you do best. Working in your business.

I am fortunate enough to have started my career still using old school pens, paper, client cards, journals, and checkbooks. But I am young enough that technology is second nature to me. I bring the best of both worlds when I work with my clients.

I’ll take the time to find out about you, your goals and your values, and help you streamline your processes.

Last year, I decided I needed some help to take my business to the next level. We’re a commercial gym in a small town but have only really scratched the surface with potential. I wasn’t sure where to start. Then I found Rebecca Corbett. From the very first meeting, I knew we had found the perfect solution. 

We met for a Discovery Session where we discussed strengths and weaknesses and what I wanted to achieve. After a week, Rebecca came back to me with a detailed plan on where to start. 

We chatted often and discussed what we needed to do and in what order. She was able to map out all of our areas in need of improvement. Some things I hadn’t even thought of! Using her plan and regular check ups, we were able to achieve some pretty amazing results. It was a roll-on affect that really helped. During this time, we also attended some of her business and marketing workshops which we found very useful and informative. 

We increased our total number of members, increased their dollar spend and perceived value, made more sales and lowered our operating expenses. On top of that, she really helped me with my staff. How to facilitate performance reviews and the like. Something I’ve never been sure on. 

Rebecca went above and beyond for us. She was always available when we had questions or concerns. Nothing was a trouble for her, she was able to do amazing things for us in such a short time. We’ll continue to use her services into the future to ensure we keep on growing and succeeding.

Our business has been working with Rebecca Corbett since December 2017. We first made the decision to employ Rebecca’s business coaching services, as we were needing to outline and implement our next steps in order to handle the growth of our business.

Since working with Rebecca we now have established policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations of business, and clear reporting and analysis. The guidance received from Rebecca has also contributed to our sales doubling since we started working with her.
